A company is looking for a Director, Decision Science.

Key Responsibilities

Lead tool integration for the insurance team while collaborating with stakeholders

Design and implement strategies for pricing and product management tools

Oversee regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

10+ years of P&C actuarial or pricing experience

8+ years of team leadership and management experience

B.S. in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Proficient with predictive modeling concepts and database query tools like SQL

Experience with data science programming languages such as R or Python is preferred
