A company is looking for a Training Enablement Manager to lead training infrastructure and learning initiatives for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for vendors regarding training enablement programs
Oversee management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and resolve technical issues
Develop and implement internal certification programs and manage training requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or training operations
Minimum of 3 years managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Docebo
Proven experience managing vendor relationships and training partnerships
Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
