A company is looking for a TE Jumbo Securitization Credit Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite residential mortgage loans according to Conventional guidelines

Input data and analyze findings using various AUS engines and OES

Review credit reports and residential mortgage appraisal forms to assess risk and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent industry experience preferred

3+ years of relevant industry experience required

3+ years of securitization experience required

3+ years of recent frontline underwriting experience with various mortgage products

In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance regulations
