Description

The Certerra – Black Eagle Consulting Office Construction Materials Tester reports directly to the QC Project Manager and provides on-site construction inspection and testing per the project plans and specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

§A minimum of 3 years’ construction experience

§Practical knowledge of the International Code Council (ICC) Chapter 17 Special Inspections and Tests

§Combination of certifications in ICC’s and / or AWS-CWI and / or ASNT (UT-MT-PT)

§Occupational Safety and Health Administration. (OSHA), 10-Hour Certification.

§A current and valid Nevada driver's license that will allow insurance through the company insurance provider.

§ACI Concrete Field-Testing Grade 1 Certification

Duties and Responsibilities

§Coordinate on a daily basis with the QC Project Manager

§Attend internal pre-construction kickoff meetings with Project Engineer, and QC Project Manager.

§Perform materials testing / inspection and provide proper documentation on a daily basis.
