Sensaria is seeking a dynamic Director of Data Engineering to lead the strategy architecture and execution of our organizations data infrastructure managing and working hands on with teams to build scalable secure and high-quality data pipelines. This senior leadership role focuses on data modeling cloud-native solutions and aligning data initiatives with business goals. This role will be based at our Morrisville NC HQ (near RDU International) At this time we are unable to provide work sponsorship or relocation. Come innovate with our team!

Key Role Responsibilities / Position Overview :

Strategic Leadership

• Data Roadmap : Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for data engineering overcoming disparate siloed reporting to consolidated comprehensive org wide data.
• Architecture Oversight : Overseeing the design of robust secure and scalable data solutions.
• Budget Management : Oversee the data engineering cloud infrastructure budget (AWS / GCP) optimizing for performance while controlling compute and storage costs.
