• Application Programmer - Level III
• Federal Background Investigation Required :
• Tier 3 (T3)
• Required Certification :
• At least one of the following : Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GIC SP, G SEC, or SSCP
• Experience in this Discipline :
• Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
• Functional Responsibility :
• The Application Programmer - Level III is responsible for activities such as program design, coding, testing, debugging or documentation. This individual has technical knowledge and responsibility for all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Understands the business or function for which application is designed. The Application Programmer Level III may write programs according to specifications, which may be provided by Engineers, technical architects, or other computer scientists. The Application Programmer - Level III updates, repairs, modifies and expands existing computer programs. Level III performs more independent thinking and difficult tasks and may supervise others.
