Job Purpose :
The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing, branding, and communication strategy to support business growth, drive engagement, and enhance the organization’s brand. This role oversees all marketing operations, strategic communications, and brand management activities to ensure alignment with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values. The Director plays a key leadership role in fostering a “One Team” culture through compelling content, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making that strengthens both our market presence and internal culture.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership for the Marketing and Communications function, setting vision, priorities, and performance standards to drive organizational growth and brand strength.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that advance business objectives, enhance market presence, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategic growth initiatives, including market expansion and turnaround strategies for underperforming regions.
- Champion operational efficiency and innovation, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and leading digital transformation initiatives across marketing platforms.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for promotional programs, media investments, and co-op funds.
- Direct brand governance efforts, ensuring consistent application of visual identity and messaging across all corporate and customer-facing materials.
- Lead the creation and distribution of high-impact marketing assets, including multimedia content, promotional materials, and corporate communications aligned with brand standards.
- Drive digital strategy, including website optimization, social media engagement, and SEO initiatives to strengthen online presence and customer acquisition.
- Safeguard brand voice and identity, ensuring alignment across all internal and external communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, partnering with Sales and Field Management to deliver compelling, multi-channel content that supports revenue growth.
- Design and manage strategic events, including trade shows, customer engagement programs, and incentive trips that reinforce loyalty and brand affinity.
Monitor market intelligence, analyzing customer behavior, competitive activity, and industry trends to iform strategic decision-making.
Lead internal and external communication strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and amplifying both employee and customer perspectives.Manage internal communication platforms (e.g., newsletters, UKG, Insight) to foster engagement and transparency across the organization.Serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and collaboration across departments.Direct crisis and emergency communication efforts, providing timely and accurate information to protect brand reputation and maintain stakeholder trust.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing marketing budgets and leading teams in fast-paced, multi-location organizations.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling messages.Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and creative production tools.Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.Benefits :
