Senior Technical Program Manager - GPU Hardware

Join the Oracle Hardware Development team within OCI as a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager (TPM), where you will be pivotal in aligning diverse team priorities, collaborating across functions, and driving the successful execution of intricate products.

This role focuses on GPU Hardware, leading the design, coordination, and implementation of technical solutions that significantly enhance customer experience and scalability. We seek a candidate with a solid background in Hardware Engineering, proficiency in cloud technologies, and the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs. An exceptional communicator, both in writing and verbally, will thrive in this environment. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale designs from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of design, development, and implementation processes for hardware products, ensuring collaboration among all Engineering functions, Manufacturing Operations, and OCI Data Centers.
• Integrate closely with our JDM partners at Oracle and GPU vendors.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to :
• Document and prioritize customer requirements and challenges.
• Provide status updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
• Translate customer needs into precise engineering requirements for technical teams.
• Collaborate with Platform leads and GPU / CPU suppliers to facilitate project success.
• Manage schedules and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the end-to-end ownership of product development.
• Review and validate final products against requirements, including technical reports and testing metrics.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles while addressing customer concerns.
• Represent the product / team effectively to senior leadership.
• Possess deep knowledge of project execution, technical challenges, and underlying trade-offs.
• Effectively communicate analyses and recommendations, discussing technical trade-offs with senior engineers and product managers.
• Adapt to changing circumstances with resilience, directing necessary changes through proper channels.
• Embody OCI values in all professional interactions.

Salary Range

The hiring range for this position is $97,500 to $199,500 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
