What to Expect :

Nimble's Business Operations team is embedded in daily operations, supporting both near-term execution and long-term planning through financial analysis and broader business decision-making and strategy. Team members are expected to analyze data, provide recommendations and lead cross-functional decision-making and implementation of strategies. The Business Operations team is lean and dynamic, supporting all functions at Nimble : engineering and supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment operations, service, construction, and sales.

As an Associate, Business Operations, you will :

• Partner with leaders across Nimble's operational verticals to drive cost reduction, improve operational efficiency, and identify and implement measures to scale
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance and identify / execute recommendations to drive business improvement
• Create and drive adoption of operational processes to increase productivity and efficiency
• Define and implement critical software systems to support scale : engineering, supply chain, manufacturing
• Be deeply embedded in operations to drive execution of Nimble's forecast and support business planning to ensure capex investments and labor capacity support company growth targets

Qualifications

Value-added experience

$125,000 - $180,000 a year

The above range is the base salary range. You will also receive generous equity for this position!
