About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Radiology MD in Massachusetts!

We are seeking a board-certified Radiologist for a 91-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts. This opportunity starts on Feb 6, 2026, and features a Monday through Friday schedule, 8AM-5PM, with one day on site focused on diagnostic breast imaging. The position covers a wide range of modalities and interventional procedures, offering an engaging and varied work environment for experienced radiology professionals.

Job Details

LOA : 91 days

Provider Type Needed : Radiologist

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM; one day on site for diagnostic breast imaging; 3-6 month assignment with potential to extend

Responsibilities and Duties

Interpret mammography, MRI (including basic neuro, brain, spine, and MSK), CT, PET / CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, and pediatric studies

Perform interventional procedures including interventional breast and thyroid fine needle aspiration (FNA)

Provide timely and accurate diagnostic reports

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Maintain compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards

Additional Information

Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology required

Must hold a current Massachusetts medical license

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
