Financial Controller

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee global accounting functions and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accurate global reporting under US GAAP

Oversee global consolidations, account reconciliations, and journal entries across multiple international entities

Lead external audit and tax processes while mentoring and developing accounting team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred

Progressive accounting experience in a senior or controller level role

Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and multi-entity consolidations

International accounting experience with exposure to private equity-backed environments

Experience in the SaaS or software industry preferred
