ProSidian Seeks a Disaster Recovery and Resilience Services | Project Manager [HHS0003007] Engagement Support | PROGRAM MANAGER Labor Category - High Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS : 541611 located CONUS supporting The mission of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans, by providing for effective health and human services and by fostering sound, sustained advances in the sciences underlying medicine, public health, and social services.

Seeking Project Manager candidates with relevant Healthcare And Life Sciences Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Healthcare And Life Sciences Sector Clients such as HHS. This as a 1101 Contractor or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Disaster Response, Recovery, and Logistics Operations (Project Manager) in the Healthcare And Life Sciences Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as US Department Of Health And Human Services (HHS) | HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Located In CONUS and across the Region.

Provides oversight and management to overall contract operations often involving multiple projects / tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Maintains and manages relationships with senior level management within the client organization. Ensures quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects; plans, organizes, and oversees work efforts; assigns resources; manages personnel; and monitors overall project and contract performance. Directs and conducts facilitation and related decision support services for agencies, working groups,and teams. Utilizes standard project management practices and methodology to reliably produce expected contract outcomes.
