Patient Services Associate

A company is looking for a Patient Services Associate I to manage scheduling and pre-registration calls for Radiology appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contact patients and physicians

Follow prescribed scripts to gather and provide information during scheduling / pre-registration calls

Enter patient data into the computer system and escalate calls as necessary

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required

6 months+ of medical or related training and / or experience

Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required

Strong multi-tasking abilities

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
