We are seeking an experienced and safety driven Operations Manager to oversee our night shift industrial washout operations specializing in the cleaning of tanks, containers, and equipment containing hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This role is responsible for managing the full scope of nightly operations, including team supervision, workflow scheduling, equipment performance, environmental compliance, and facility safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands on experience in industrial or environmental services, and the ability to maintain efficient, compliant, and high quality washout processes.
