Job Description
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout project execution. Oversee quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have : Strong knowledge of the construction industry and project management principles. Bachelors degree in Construction Management or any related field. 5-10+ years of commercial Project Management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
