We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis Unit. As a professional care provider, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from the time of admission through discharge. You will collaborate with patients and their families to deliver theory-based nursing care and coordinate treatment with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Help achieve departmental goals while adhering to policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Gather and assess essential patient information related to their physical, psychological, and socio-cultural needs.
- Provide autonomous, relationship-based care that ensures consistent delivery of nursing services with an emphasis on a positive patient experience.
- Identify and address current and potential health issues, planning appropriate interventions.
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance the quality and safety of patient care.
- Act as a patient advocate by promptly addressing clinical concerns and moral dilemmas with the care team.
- Practice within legal frameworks, demonstrating an understanding of ethical nursing principles.
- Customize care plans, focusing on both immediate and long-term objectives, while addressing the educational needs of patients and their families.
- Effectively communicate patient information, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, recognizing patient safety issues and taking appropriate actions.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, prioritizing and delegating tasks as necessary.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address clinical issues effectively.
- Communicate any concerns promptly and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Regularly evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
- Identify patient and family needs before discharge and facilitate discharge planning with the care team.

Minimum Qualifications :
Education : Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. If holding an associate degree, you must enroll in a BSN program within 12 months and complete it within 4 years.Experience : 1-2 years of RN experience required.Licenses and Certifications : Must hold an RN license in the facility's state or be eligible for a compact state license. CPR certification from AHA or American Red Cross is required within 90 days. Specialty certifications may be required based on department needs.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
