This company operates two production shifts with sanitation on 3rd shift and prides itself on its low turnover and family-oriented culture.

What You’ll Do :

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment in a food manufacturing environment

Support production and sanitation teams to ensure smooth plant operations

Work with systems such as ovens, boilers, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and PLCs

Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For :

2–3+ years of industrial maintenance experience , ideally in food manufacturing or a similar industry

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge or experience with ammonia refrigeration , pneumatics , hydraulics , and PLC systems is a plus

Hands-on, quick-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
