Key Responsibilities
Design and build onboarding strategies and operating procedures for customer engagement
Execute onboarding delivery and support customers in configuration and integration processes
Conduct training sessions and document best practices for continuous improvement in onboarding
Required Qualifications
5+ years in onboarding, implementation, or technical account management in a SaaS company, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Experience with GTM tech stacks such as Salesforce and HubSpot, advising on best practices
Strong technical acumen to guide integration setups and interpret API documentation
Hands-on experience designing customer onboarding programs for mid-market to enterprise accounts
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure effective onboarding delivery
