Duration : Full Time - U.S. Citizenship (required for federal clearance)

Salary Range : 110K Up to 15% Bonus

Job Description :

Hands-on SQL Server DBA role supporting development teams, performing proactive troubleshooting, SSIS package development, and managing high availability systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and optimize SQL Server performance

Design and maintain SSIS packages and SQL Server databases

Support developers with SQL and database guidance

Administer AlwaysOn Availability Groups

Maintain database security, backup / restore, and monitoring

Participate in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation (every 3 weeks)

Requirements : Must-Haves :

5 years of SQL Server DBA experience

Strong T-SQL and SQL Server skills

Proficient with SSIS

Experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related (or equivalent experience)

U.S. Citizenship (required for federal clearance)

Student loan accounts must be current (for clearance eligibility)

Nice-to-Haves :

PowerShell scripting experience

Experience in financial or government sectors

Familiarity with vSphere, Microsoft Server 2016 / 2019, Veeam

Exposure to Agile methodologies and data warehousing
