BDC Sales Representative

City World Hyundai is seeking a motivated, personable BDC Sales Representative to support our Business Development Center. In this key frontline role, you'll be responsible for handling inbound / outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering a first-class experience that sets the tone for our showroom.     • Responsibilities BDC Representative :

  • Respond to phone and internet inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments that lead to showroom visits and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-through
  • Track communications and updates using CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed daily / weekly call and appointment goals

    • Qualifications BDC Representative :

  • Prior Experience in Automotive BDC required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Automotive industry knowledge is a bonus, but not required
