Senior React Developer

We're looking for a Senior React Web Developer with some full-stack experience to join our tight-knit team at ! The position is an immediate contract opportunity that is likely to lead to full-time offer (if interested) with solid performance.

So, back to the job: We're looking for a Senior React Web Developer, and you've gotta be an expert in Typescript and Next.js. You write clean code and are interested in living up to the best practices of web development. You are familiar with agile development practices and like to take ownership ownership of complex tasks. It's important you appreciate great design and will work with our wonderful designers to improve the user experience. We'll value your opinion, even if we don't always agree. You should be a team player we're all in this together and genuinely want to help each other succeed. The 3Advance team comes from varying levels of expertise and has many different perspectives. Were here to work together to achieve our goals and create innovate products.

The perfect candidate will have:

• At least 7+ years, with 4+ years in React
• Full-stack experience (Node.js, DynamoDb )
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Git
• Experience and thorough understanding of CI/CD
• Dedication to test coverage, even if it's not always possible
• Experience using automated testing and end-to-end testing.
• Attention to detail and an appreciation for interaction design.
• Solid communication skills - and comfortable with video calls.
• Availability at least half the day with our Washington, DC HQ (EST)
