This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers - you’ll use digital tools to automate reports, visualize performance trends, and deliver insights that shape decisions. What you will do

• Lead components of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close activities with oversight from finance managers.
• Perform advanced analysis of results, identify key drivers of variance, and present risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Build and deliver financial models, recurring reports, and dashboards that provide insights for decision-making.
• Partner with analysts and finance managers to identify automation opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
• Recommend and pilot new ways of visualizing and communicating financial data for clarity and impact at the leadership level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, data, strategy) to ensure analyses are accurate, relevant, and business-aligned.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support high-visibility special projects.

Qualifications

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20 / hour to $40 / hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience / location.
