    • Partner with IT and cross-functional leaders to align tools, workflows, and reporting across all technology platforms.
    • Streamline communication, eliminate duplication, and improve collaboration across teams.
    • Conduct regular process reviews and leverage automation to enhance efficiency and consistency.

    • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of project and delivery tools that enhance transparency and predictability.
    • Define standard workflows and reporting structures that support scalable growth.
    • Serve as a champion for agile and delivery of best practices, ensuring tools support effective collaboration.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with engineering, product owners, QA, IT, and several internal business teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
    • Facilitate structured communication rhythms—standups, reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions—across global and cross-functional teams.
    • Manage change control and engineering processes to ensure effective governance and seamless delivery.
    • Continuous Improvement

    • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve delivery performance.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparent communication.
