Key Responsibilities

Define and scope internal product initiatives to enhance workflows and data infrastructure

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop analytical solutions and tools

Lead the creation of internal tools that support various teams and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in building software products, particularly in data, analytics, or internal tools

Strong technical fluency with data systems, SQL, and analytics tools

Experience in developing internal tools that facilitate data-driven decision making

Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders

Understanding of design thinking principles in problem-solving
