A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct the customer care team to meet goals and compliance standards
Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance
Analyze data and monitor performance indicators to identify trends and implement improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center environment is strongly preferred
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare is preferred
