ABR Employment is seeking an experienced Flexo-Graph / Digital Press Operator to join a growing label manufacturing company in Mayville, WI . This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience running printing or converting equipment in a production environment.

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $21.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate label manufacturing equipment including flexographic and digital presses, die-cutting machines, and turret rewinders
• Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment in top condition
• Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to ensure consistent production quality
• Mount printing plates, set color and die-cut pressures, and maintain registration for multi-color printing
• Order and maintain necessary supplies such as inks, dies, and paper
• Monitor production output to meet expected throughput and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
