THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST AND ASSISTANT MANAGER
THE SCHEDULE:
You will work in our office, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Customer Service Specialist and Assistant Manager, you will answer phones and help customers with their needs. You will handle dispatching for HVAC services, take care of warranties, and order supplies. You will do some office work and make sure the office is closed properly at the end of the day. Your work will keep things running smoothly and help customers get the service they need.
