The Excalibur Group  is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager  for a  local contract  in  Washington, DC.

  • Will be subject to a background check prior to employment.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides management, organizational, and business improvement services to include visioning, business strategy planning, information strategy planning, quality management, organizational design / efficiency, business analyses, and business transformation.
  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to establish program priorities, allocate resources, and monitor outcomes.
  • Provide oversight of budgets, schedules, and risk management for multiple concurrent programs.
  • Represent the organization in high-level interagency coordination, stakeholder meetings, and executive briefings.

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Education :   Bachelor’s degree
  • If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted :

    • High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience

  • Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Professional certification (PMP) may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.​​​​​​
  • Ten (10) years of project management experience.
  • Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects or programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.

    • PAY

  • $70 / hour
