TSC is seeking a forward-thinking & highly motivated Material Expeditor. The ideal candidate is a collaborator who will proactively support the Supply Chain team in a timely manner, who is able to work fast and under pressure, who works to understand and enhance supply chain processes, assemble data, identify problems, and provide recommendations that support program planning and operations. Critical to the job, the candidate supports the timely delivery and flow of materials throughout our supply chain, supporting efficient production and on-time project completion.

This is a remote position supporting TSC's Airborne and ISR Solutions Division reporting to the Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with Procurement, Programs, Production, and Logistics Teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and expedite shipments when necessary.
• Assist in coordinating alternate sources or materials in case of shortages or disruptions.
• Identify and escalate potential delays that could impact production or delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, lead times, deliveries, and material statuses in ERP or tracking tools.
• Support RMA customer returns as required / needed.
• Coordinate the internal flow of material into production or to the end user.
• Other team support functions as needed.
