What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC representativesWork leads personallyresponding to internet inquiries, conducting outbound follow-up, setting appointments, and supporting the sales pipelineOversee lead management processes to ensure fast, consistent follow-upUtilize CRM for reporting, workflow optimization, and accountabilityPartner with Sales Managers to improve appointment-to-show and appointment-to-sold performanceCreate scripts, templates, workflows, and customer engagement strategiesDevelop daily, weekly and monthly reporting to monitor and improve key performance indicators, including response time, contact rate, appointment set / show / sold ratiosCollaborate with marketing for message consistency and improved lead conversionWho You Are
