We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and hands-on General Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience. As General Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the restaurant’s success, managing staff, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of food and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including front-of-house and back-of-house employees.
• Manage the restaurant’s budget, inventory, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and all local laws.
• Maintain and uphold Estrella’s reputation for excellent food, quality service, and authentic Mexican hospitality.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the ownership team to implement marketing strategies, promotions, and seasonal menu changes.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure consistent operational standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record in leadership, operations, and staff management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including budget management, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Mexican cuisine or a strong interest in learning more about it is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Spanish speaking is a plus!
