Medical Billing Assistant

My client, a reputable healthcare company, is hiring for a

• Medical Billing Assistant
• Job Description :
• Billing Asst for the billing team.
• Will be taking payments or setting up payment plans, copays, posting payments, charge entry & reconciliation / review, keying into EPIC, working off EPIC work que to assist with overflow, data entry.
• Will be directly supporting all billers with other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications to Apply :
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Someone with Payment posting / charge entry / light medical billing / patient financial services experience
• 2+ years related experience in an ADMN WITHIN BILLING TEAM / Any other similar function within billing such as prior-auth / AR / etc role in a healthcare setting
• Must have experience with excel, as they will be using it daily

• The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hr.
