GENERAL PURPOSE :
Briefly summarize the overall purpose of the position. This is a short explanation of the job’s primary purpose and functions.
Responsible for the daily input of all time and production data into the Goal Post computer system to create production performance and incentive dollar calculations for all DC associates and Management. Will be required to interface daily with DC Management and the Engineering team and also weekly with the Payroll staff. Required to generate and distribute Goal Post production reports to Management on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Input time and production data for all DC associates into Goal Post computer systems :
Keying in timesheets, summarizing manual production sheet data, checking for accuracy and reporting errors.
Importing and translating production data and calculating performances for each associate covered by the program
Calculating individual bonus dollars based on the associate’s ability to perform against individual production standards
Generate and distribute of production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll
Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data
File paperwork in accordance to established procedures. Rotate files periodically for storage.
Other projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :
List Education level, Years of Experience, Technical Knowledge, and / or Certifications required for the position.
Previous clerical / administrative experience
10-key experience (fast and accurate)
Good math skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
Good interpersonal skills
Must pass Word II, Excel I, 10 key and Math Aptitude testing.

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.?

Pay Details : $18.92 per hour
