Texas Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer who can generate new business and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful loan transactions

Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, and generate new business opportunities

Create and explain mortgage presentations and package files for loan processing

Required Qualifications :

Associate's degree from an accredited institution

1+ year of experience working in a remote environment

1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan originator

Licensure with the NMLS in either CO or TX
