Responsibilities:

• Work directly with our customers and develop relationships to make Prosper Ford their trusted one stop shop for all their automotive needs
• Preform a walk around on all customers vehicles
• Update customers on status of vehicle
• Provide customers on all vehicle needs and recommended repairs

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Must have minimum 3 year main shop service advisor experience
• Strong computer and phone skills
