StyleCraft Homes is a locally owned family of companies with the mission to Create Communities that Inspire People to Live Up. We are seeking a highly organized, professional Office Coordinator who balances two equally important responsibilities: serving as the welcoming face of our company and overseeing multiple office-related projects through coordination and follow-up.
Role Overview
This role is approximately 50% front-office presence and visitor experience and 50% project and office coordination. Success requires the ability to shift between engaging with visitors and working independently to track project action items, follow up with vendors and employees, and ensure work is completed to standard.
