Business Development & Sales Manager

Este um cargo remoto.

A Profit-Tech est em busca de um Business Development & Sales Manager para liderar a rea comercial e de relacionamento com clientes, com foco em gerar novas oportunidades de negcio e fortalecer parcerias estratgicas.

O profissional atuar lado a lado com o CEO da Profit-Tech na apresentao de solues integradas (Zoho, AWS, Automao Financeira e Academy), conduzindo o cliente do primeiro contato at o fechamento do contrato.

Principais responsabilidades :

  • Prospectar e qualificar leads (LinkedIn, site, Upwork e eventos).
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e apresentaes institucionais.
  • Conduzir reunies estratgicas de vendas e apresentaes online.
  • Registrar e acompanhar todas as oportunidades no Zoho CRM.
  • Coordenar negociaes e fechamentos via Zoho Sign.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as reas de Marketing, Financeiro e Cloud.
  • Criar relatrios de performance e mtricas de converso.

Requisitos

  • Experincia de 3 a 7 anos em vendas B2B, consultoria ou desenvolvimento de negcios.
  • Habilidade com Zoho CRM e ferramentas de automao comercial.
  • Excelente comunicao e postura consultiva.
  • Capacidade de compreender solues tcnicas e traduzi-las em benefcios de negcio.
  • Ingls intermedirio ou avanado.
  • Diferenciais

  • Experincia em ERP, CRM, Cloud ou SaaS.
  • Vivncia com clientes internacionais.
  • Experincia com apresentaes comerciais e propostas corporativas.
