Job Description

LV Petroleum, a dynamic and growing energy travel center / truck stop company based in Las Vegas, is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in our real estate department . In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by reviewing leases and contracts, organizing legal documents, and preparing files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Must have a background in real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and summarize contracts and legal documents
  • Organize and maintain legal files and records
  • Prepare document packages for internal review
  • Support attorneys with administrative legal tasks (no legal advice required)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience (real estate experience required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
