[job_card.job_description]Assist with managing building systems including HVAC plumbing electrical refrigeration and water treatment Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atriums Core Values Assist with scheduling vendor proposals and hands-on repair work 1 year of maintenance or engineering experience required Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required HVAC electrical or plumbing certification preferred Strong troubleshooting organizational and communication skills Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed

Compensation Range : 18.50
