Pay : $22 – $27 / hr (Based on experience)

Shift : Monday -Friday 6 : 30am-3pm (must be open to working OT and Weekends if needed)

Job Description

Responsible for conducting Final, In-Process, and Setup / First Part inspections in compliance with ISO 9001 / 2008 and AS9100C standards, as well as customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct First Part, In Process, and Final inspections as per customer requirements detailed in Work Orders, drawings, and BAC specifications.
• Initiate and recommend corrective action plans, assisting management in developing policies to meet quality goals.
• Process and instruct others on customer-required documentation for product disposition, such as Squawk, Replacement Parts Authorization, and Defective Parts Tag.
• Ensure assembly work is documented and processed in line with ISO 9001 / 2008 and AS9100C procedures.
• Document deviations that affect product acceptance.
• Use and instruct on the proper use of inspection equipment based on product specifications.
• Notify the Director of Quality Assurance about equipment calibrations and recalls.
• Utilize production work orders and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.
• Follow prescribed work rules and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain constructive working relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 / hr.
