Sales Support Specialist

This is a remote position. WorkBetterNow (www.workbetternow.com) provides full-time positions for professionals in LATAM looking to work with United States-based companies. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will drive the sales process through proactive outreach, strategic relationship-building, and consistent follow-up, while leveraging your expertise in sales strategies and CRM management to exceed targets. The salary starts at $1125 per month.

  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and buying criteria, and positioning our products or services as solutions to address their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings and persuade prospects to make a purchase.
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets by negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships, answer questions, overcome objections, and facilitate the sales process to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software, and provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and results.
  • Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook / Gmail.
  • Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2.
  • Appropriate work-from-home environment.
  • FT availability (40 hours a week).
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Although not required, we also prefer candidates who have :
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience working from home
  • Good time management
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience working with US-based companies
  • Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated
  • Technical Requirements

  • 8GB+ RAM
  • Intel i3 8th generation or newer, an AMD Ryzen 5, or an M1 chip.
  • Windows 11 or from macOS Mojave to the latest version.
  • 25-50 Mbps Internet Speed (Minimum)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
