About The Role

The Business Operations and Strategy team’s mission is to drive key strategic initiatives with a focus on developing company strategy, operations transformation, and program management of cross‑functional initiatives. The role requires driving both strategic initiatives and operational excellence on key projects.

Example Project Areas

• New revenue / product strategies (e.g., business case modeling, market / competitor landscaping)
• Piloting and taking new products to market (e.g., 0 to 1 product development, scaling new product to full roll‑out)
• Business outcome management
• Scaling and transforming operations

What You'll Accomplish

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog‑friendly workplace program.

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. The annual salary range for this position is $129,600 – $194,400 .
