Corporate Controller

We're seeking a Corporate Controller to join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization and play a critical role in strengthening financial operations, building scalable processes, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers meaningful visibility and impact across the business.

What You'll Do
Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance cultureOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements and presentations for leadership and the boardEnsure compliance with US GAAP and oversee technical accounting mattersStrengthen internal controls and improve processes to support scaleManage general ledger, reconciliations, cost accounting, and cash flowServe as the primary point of contact for audits and external advisorsPartner with FP&A, Treasury, and leadership on special projects and strategic initiativesSupport acquisitions, integrations, and other growth-related activities as neededDrive automation and optimization within ERP and financial systemsWhat We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally blending public accounting and industryStrong background in financial reporting, consolidation, and technical accountingDeep knowledge of US GAAPProven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teamsExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication skills and comfort partnering with senior leadersHigh integrity and ability to handle confidential informationA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvementWhat's in It for You
