SUMMARY

A detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to manage and perform calibration, verification, and maintenance of measurement and test equipment used throughout our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment remains within specified tolerances and complies with internal quality systems and external standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO / IEC 17025, or other applicable requirements).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform calibration, verification, and functional checks on a variety of instruments and equipment (e.g., pressure, temperature, dimensional, electrical, torque, and flow devices)
• Maintain and update calibration records, certificates, and traceability documentation in accordance with internal quality procedures
• Identify and segregate equipment found out of tolerance

Coordinate repairs or adjustments with internal teams or external vendors

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Individuals must be able to perform the duties of the job at a level as generally prescribed and learned by attaining the credentials below.
