Job Title : Director of Engineering - Backend & Data (Retail / E-Commerce Focus)

About the Role :

We're looking for a forward-thinking Director of Engineering with deep experience in backend systems, enterprise data management, and cloud-native architecture on GCP to drive innovation across our retail and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of scaling data and backend platforms and managing technical teams.

Experience in the apparel retail industry and the Shopify platform is a strong plus.

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of backend and data engineers.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define and execute on a data lake roadmap that supports our growth and innovation goals.
• Shape engineering culture to emphasize performance, scalability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
