Servicenow Architect

1. Expertise in design, architecture, and optimization of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and other modules to meet organizational needs.

2. Ability to design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.

3. Experience in developing strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and module deployments.

4. Proficient in defining ServiceNow architecture frameworks, integration strategies, and governance models.

5. Ability to analyze existing IT processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency through ServiceNow.

6. Hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow modules, forms, and tables to support business processes.

7. Expertise in building and managing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.

8. Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems.

9. Define and enforce architectural standards, governance, and security protocols.

10. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

11. Conduct platform health checks and performance tuning.

12. Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption strategies.

• The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00 / hr.
