Private Credit Associate (Miami)

A leading private credit platform is seeking an Associate to join its Miami team. The firm manages nearly $10 billion across public and private credit strategies, including BDCs, private funds, co-investment vehicles, and CLOs. With a strong focus on lending to cash-flowing, middle-market companies, the team has executed over 680 transactions to date. The platform is known for moving quickly, structuring creative credit solutions, and partnering closely with management teams to generate meaningful impact.

The Associate role is perfect for someone with 23 years of experience post-undergrad, ideally from investment banking, credit, or private markets, who is eager to be part of a lean, high-caliber investment team. Candidates must have ties to the Miami area and be able to work onsite. The position offers hands-on exposure across the full deal lifecycle, direct interaction with senior leadership, and the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of investment structures within a platform that continues to grow rapidly.
