About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Brand & Creative to take on the pivotal role of owning and evolving the brand strategy and platform. This executive will be responsible for architecting the next-generation brand system, leading an in-house studio, and ensuring that the brand's identity and creative output are in line with the company's mission and values. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CMO, product marketing, demand generation, events, and the executive team, driving the brand to support business goals and category leadership. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end production for various creative assets, driving integrated brand campaigns, and overseeing the web brand experience. The role demands an exceptional leader with a strong background in brand and creative leadership, particularly in high-growth tech or design-forward environments. Applicants for the VP, Brand & Creative role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in brand and creative leadership, with a proven track record in both in-house studio and agency settings. The ideal candidate will be an expert in brand architecture, narrative design, and visual systems, with a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to deliver high-impact campaigns across various mediums. An operator's mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a data-driven approach to brand management are essential.
