Are you a customer service-focused individual with strong technical and troubleshooting skills, ready to join a fast-paced, performance-driven environment ? We are seeking a dedicated candidate for a Temp-to-Perm Claims Service Representative role based in Howell, MI.

Location & Schedule

This is a Hybrid position , requiring 2-3 days per week in the Howell, MI office .

• Initial Training (Weeks 1-2) : In-office only.
• Training Rotation (Weeks 3-4) : Hybrid schedule, shifts are 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM ET .
• Remote Work (Beginning Week 5) : Shift is 11 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM ET .
• Target Start Date : February 9, 2026
