Summary :
The Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for administering bankruptcy activities on behalf of NTTA, as well as serving as a liaison between NTTA, the customer, and / or the customer's attorney or bankruptcy trustee. This is accomplished by collecting documentation in support of a case, filing claims on behalf of NTTA, reviewing information submitted by the customer, customer's attorney, or trustee, and negotiating restitution.
